These terms cover use of the PactZ shop operated by Mesa Cotton Workshop LLC. By browsing or placing an order you agree to this page. We may update it; the date at the bottom of the live site is the version that applies.

You must be able to form a contract in your state. Products are described in good faith; colors can shift on screens. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks automated, reseller-bound, or incorrectly priced. If we cancel after payment, we refund the captured amount.

Prices are USD. Title and risk pass when the carrier scans the parcel. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address. Content on this site — photos, copy, marks — belongs to Mesa Cotton Workshop LLC or its licensors. Do not scrape or republish it for a competing store.

The shop is provided as available. We are not liable for indirect losses. Some states do not allow those limits; in those states our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item at issue.
